Continuing of a Healthy Life Style

Well, as you all know, we were told to continue writing about what we posted last week. By some of the blogs I read from the English 102 class, it may be hard for some to continue writing. I, on the other hand, will just tell you how I am trying to live a healthy life.
I am actually lucky in the fact that I can not stand to sit on the couch for more then a half hour. I get more then the recommended amount of exercise almost every day. I also do some type of work out most days. Some times it is going for a run, or walking my dog, or going to the gym. But my favorite form of exercise I get would be playing ice hockey.
Besides the exercise, I also maintain a healthy eating style, and no, this does not mean I diet. If a person tries to diet to lose weight, they usually end up quitting the diet because they can not take the temptation of junk food after they have deprived themselves. What I do is I eat healthy food choices on a regular basis, but I do not completely cut of junk food. I mean really, no chocolate, impossible.

  1. Good for you. Even though you couldn't even get up this morning and go for a run, I applaud that you are TRYING to get in shape. =) haha.
